SHORT TERM RENTALS

Premier Rentals has both Long-term and Short term rentals.  Short term rentals are all-inclusive furnished properties, they are normally seasonal and require a 3-6 month lease.  The Summer season is April-September and the Winter season is October-March, although shorter stays may be available depending on the property and time of year.  Call for short term rates; rates vary based on length of stay.

Premier Rentals recently booked me at the Seaside beach house. I can not say enough positive things about this wonderful gem. The ocean views are fabulous! While enjoying my morning coffee at the kitchen table, I watched sea lions playing  and literally saw orca and humpback whales right off the shore. Talk about a brew with a view!  This precious home has three bedrooms but feels like a cozy cottage. The entire experience could not have been better. Highly recommend.
