Premier Rentals has both Long-term and Short term rentals. Long-term rentals require a 12+ month lease and are normally unfurnished.  Short term rentals are all-inclusive furnished properties, they are normally seasonal and require a 3-6 month lease.  The Summer season is April-September and the Winter season is October-March, although shorter stays may be available depending on the property and time of year..
